Bio: Hito is the great grandson of Robert E. O. Speedwagon & he lived a peaceful life.Until when he was on his phone his hand (where he was holding his phone) was stabed by a stand arrow. After the arrow left his body his phone morphed into a bat like phone & he gain the stand House Rulez.He was going to tell his parents about what happend to him until he was attack by DIO he was than got hit by one of DIO's buds. He team up with Hol Horse & J. Geil until Star Platinum beat him up.After he was defeated they removed the bud he thanks the Stardust Crusaders & joined The Data Busters
